I really appreciated my service rep attention to detail, attitude and explanation for any concerns that I had.

Amy was great. She explained everything that was done. What i need and a hazard.

There was a frustrating lack of communication/updates on their end while my car was at the dealership, but ultimately they did their best to work through my situation in a way that was mostly satisfying.

It was ok till I picked up car No one could tell me why I had a silver key with hyndia on it n why I was given a key that does absolutely nothing in my car. The man that waited on me said he didn't know anything about the silver but brought my car up to me with the silver key. He needs more training. Could have provided another key in case of loss of the other key.

As always, service was prompt, friendly. As I waited, I was kept advised of the progress Of the work being done to my car.

They have hard add one that they do not disclose fully. Finance will not do you right. Beware and ask a lot of questions. The care package on cars are no refundable and don’t transfer!

Good service in a timely manner. Will return for future service. I got an appointment right away.

I purchased a Kia Sedona from here. It was actually on the lot at the Rivergate location but they went and brought to the Antioch store for me. The entire experience from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot in my new van was AMAZING!!! Management relies on bad old school sales methods. Finance like to talk loudly on the phone with current owners about billing and private matters. TV in the waiting room has awful reception and creates a very bad atmosphere. Maintenance takes way longer than expected

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow. The customer service provided by Amy was well below expectations. She lacked basic communication and interpersonal skills, frequently disregarded my concerns, and showed little to no effort in listening or explaining the service process for my Kia K5. Throughout the nearly two weeks my car was in for service, I was left uninformed and dispirited. Each time I attempted to reach out for updates, I was either ignored or hung up on. On 08/30/24 we had bought a 2015 Kia Sedona from Greenway Kia.
We were told that the vehicle was fully serviced by the dealer on 08/16/24 and was shown the car fax.
We took the Kia Sedona to a mechanic on 09/05/24 due to a sound we were hearing, we were then told the Kia Sedona was without Motor mounts and had a cracked control arm.

Hello, Julian Orland was my salesperson at Greenway Kia. So helpful and polite. Julian contacted me two days before my visit, we set up the appointment and he had the cars waiting for me when I arrived. Just the make and model I wanted. It was a wonderful experience and I can only hope that Julian is still at this dealership for when I want to buy my next Kia. Took my car in for a recall issue. It seemed a bit odd they did not have the part and I will have to go another time to have it repaired. The woman who took car of me was clearly doing the best she could but said they had to look at the car before they could order the part. I got the car serviced while I was there.

The woman who helped me was very good! My only complaint was that I couldn’t find my car when it was done and she had to bring it around because other vehicles were in the way. Next time, it would probably be more efficient use of time to bring it into or next to the service bay rather than sending me on a scavenger hunt to find it.

The Kia dealership treated me with respect and the car sale's guy Ladarius took care of my husband and I we had purchased an SUV that I am truly Happy with I don’t like the fact they do not do referral's anymore which sucks for the person who referred us to Kia. Sales did their job but Finance dropped the ball on our deal. I’ve had to call over the course of months to straiten it out. Ended up having to go through Kia corporate due to complete neglect on any response.

I purchased my truck at this dealer back in August the sales associate was awesome, Back now in Feb 2024 for an oil change and for my surprise I’m not going to come back.

Montel Murray was very helpful and considerate he talked us threw everything while being very pleasant

Strong pressure to up-sell. Kept my wife over four hours with run-around. Tried to give her a higher interest rate than she was quoted by Kia Finance. Threatened her that she would lose her rebate if she refinanced. The sales manager ignored calls, texts/IM, and emails and refused to answer simple questions. Bought several new cars. No experience like this prior. Would not recommend.

Dealership overall gets 4 stars, repair dept, less than .5 star. Easy fix but I had to look up fix on google and then show GEN MNGR where fix could be found!

Terrible dealership! My Kia has 4 recalls and they didn’t even get to it and I had an appointment! 5 hrs later changed my oil cause I had to pay for that. Hadn’t even started the recall work. I bought my Kia at this dealership and once you drive you defective car off the lot they don’t care! Unbelievable experience! Will never buy a Kia again and that dealership needs someone who can run it! This dealership is a joke!

Best service experience considering the increased sales of Kia vehicles. Had to wait nearly 2 full weeks to get my car in the service department; replaced a tire that was blown due to the result of a shank of steel about 1/2” wide and 1/4” thickness piercing my tire in street construction zone where streets were being stripped up for preparation of new pavement. Marc and the technician completed the service in a timely manner while I waited and even identified a problem with the 12V battery. They proactively ordered another under a warranty claim and installed an AGM battery that should last longer in my electric vehicle in time for my road trip in 3 days. The electric vehicle tech knows how to service my EV6. Excellent service all around.

This place is terrible...just try calling the main number...it rings and rings and rings. Try and get ahold of anyone besides someone who wants to sell you something. Do not go here for sales or service. They say one thing the first day and then never answer their phone, mislead, and keep you waiting to do service on your car. It's car xxxx. Worst dealership I have ever been too in 6 years of owning Kias and servicing in several states.

Beware! Wrote a check to them for the purchase of a used GMC terrain. A few days later, our Bank’s fraud department, contacts us and tells us a copy of our check is on three different scam websites. All of our bank account information was made public! I have been getting my Kia’a serviced at Greenway since 2017. My only real complaint, as with most dealership service departments—are the prices and labor fees.
